We are very happy to announce a Bärner Go Meetup on Thursday, March 7th, 2024 at 18:00. The event will be at SBB in Bern Wankdorf (Hilfikerstrasse 1) in Berne.

The format as usual will be talks followed by an open discussion with refreshments.

Talk 1 - Go Beyond Mocks - Michael Herren
Using Test-Containers for better integration tests: Using an internal SBB project (under development), we show how test containers can be used to test against real system dependencies instead of just mocks.

Talk 2 – Fastest JSON Decoder in The West - Roman Scharkov
A quick dive into github.com/romshark/jscan v3 featuring the fastest JSON unmarshaler/decoder in the wild!
This is part two of the introduction to jscan v2 at the Zürich Gophers meetup from October 3rd 2023 (https://github.com/romshark/pres-jscan).
