Desperately seeking coolness in the Valais for early risers

This hike is part of the “Tour du Mont Blanc”. We will follow the Durnand Valley and climb up to Alp Bovine where we will enjoy magnificent views of the Rhône Valley and Martigny. After the hike up, we will descend to the Col of La Foraz to end at Champex, Lac where we would take the bus.

This hike is led by Christian and requires some fitness and experience in hiking. Proper equipment (hiking boots and enough water) are required.
. Duration: 5:30 hours hiking plus breaks (bring food for a picnic).

. Descent: 819m
. Meeting point: Bern Station at 6:00 platform 7 to train the train to Brigg (platform numbers can be changed by SBB).
The organisers are volunteers and chaque participant is responsible for themselves.
