Do you find it hard to set boundaries? You’re not alone. Many women have shared similar experiences, and that’s exactly why this workshop is being organised.

Join us for a girls only training led by Sonia den Dubbelden, TEDx speaker, professional trainer, and part of the BeSquare community. Sonia is offering this session to give back after seeing how many of us face the same challenges. You’ll learn to say “no” clearly and confidently in a safe, supportive space.

1. Who is this workshop for?
This training is for women only who want to feel more confident in setting boundaries and saying “no.”
2. Do I need any prior experience?
Nope! This session is beginner-friendly and meant for anyone who wants to improve their communication in a safe, supportive setting.
3. Who is the trainer?
The workshop is led by Sonia den Dubbelden, a TEDx speaker, professional trainer, and active member of the BeSquare community. She’s trained hundreds of people in corporate settings and is passionate about building Psychological Safety.
4. Why is there a €12,50 fee?
This small contribution covers the training materials Sonia provides. She’s offering the session to give back to the BeSquare community; the fee is simply to cover costs.
5. How do i pay the fee?
Join the girls only whatsapp group and ask for the payment link. Sonia or one of the admins will provide you with the link if there are still spots left.
5. What happens after the workshop?
We’ll head into a girls-only social drink, giving everyone a chance to relax, chat, and connect.
6. How many people will be there?
We’re keeping the group intimate and cozy, with around 15–25 participants to ensure a safe, interactive atmosphere. For the social drinks we are opening it up for 50-100 participants
