Newport Back Bay 11 mile Ride

Details
Join me for a ride around the beautiful Newport Back Bay. The route is a little under 11 miles, some of which will be on the bike path, some on the street. We stay together and therefore regroup frequently.
We’ll meet in the parking lot of the Nature Preserve (next to the Muth Interpretive Center). If the lot is full, you can either park on University Drive or possibly in the parking lot of the YMCA across the street. Be mindful of street signs.
Bring your bike with inflated tires, spare tubes and an air source, helmet, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, water/snack, and a cell phone. Your bike should have gears and should be of the “road" or “hybrid” variety (beach cruisers will have difficulty keeping up). If you plan to bring an e-bike, please familiarize yourself with the rules of the area in which we are riding to see if your bike is allowed on this trail before signing up.
Route Map can be found here:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start so we can push off on time.
Looking forward to seeing familiar faces, and if you’re new, meeting you!
