Gnocchi di Patate & Ragù — Cooking Class
Roll up your sleeves for a night where cooking takes center stage. We’ll start with antipasti and a chat about ingredients, techniques, and little tricks — then the aprons go on and we get to work. You’ll learn to make pillowy potato gnocchi from scratch and a slow-simmered ragù the traditional way, guided step-by-step in our open kitchen. Afterwards, we sit down together to enjoy the meal you cooked.
The ticket includes an antipasti welcome, guided instruction, and the full dinner you prepare. Drinks will be available à la carte.
This is an intimate class with limited seats — designed to be hands-on, social, and delicious. No previous experience needed.
