| 13:15–14:00 | Lunch or coffee near That Dam |
| 14:15–15:30 | Visit Patuxay Monument and its surrounding park |
| 15:30–17:00 | Return to the hotel and rest |
| 17:30–18:15 | Walk along the Mekong riverfront and watch the sunset |
| 18:15–21:00 | Dinner and shopping at Vientiane Night Market |
| 21:00 | Return to the hotel |

All participants must confirm their attendance no later than 28 August 2026, one week before departure.
If the trip is not confirmed by this deadline, the entire trip will be cancelled. Please do not make separate non-refundable arrangements until the organizer confirms that the trip will proceed.
