Join us for a cultural heritage walk through Bangkok’s historic Rattanakosin district. We’ll explore museums, historic buildings, art, architecture, and rarely visited places around Sanam Luang and the Front Palace.

### Planned Route

  1. Former Fine Arts Department Building — Free
  2. Silpa Bhirasri Memorial National Museum — Free
  3. Hall of Sculpture — Free
  4. Thaworn Watthu Building (Red Building) — Free
  5. Bangkok National Museum — Thai THB 30 / Foreigner THB 240
  6. National Theatre — Exterior visit only
  7. Bowonsathan Sutthawat Temple (Front Palace Temple) — Free
  8. National Gallery of Thailand — Thai THB 30 / Foreigner THB 240

### Schedule

  • 9:00 AM: Meet at the Former Fine Arts Department Building
  • 9:15 AM–12:00 PM: Explore the first four locations
  • 12:00–1:00 PM: Lunch break
  • 1:00–3:45 PM: Visit the Front Palace, temple and gallery area
  • 4:00 PM: Finish the walk

### Admission Budget

  • Thai visitors: Allow up to THB 60
  • Foreign visitors: Allow up to THB 480
  • Food and transportation are not included.

The Bangkok National Museum’s THB 240 foreign-visitor ticket may also include the National Gallery and Royal Barges Museum. If accepted on the day, the total admission may be only THB 240. Please confirm at the Bangkok National Museum ticket counter and keep your ticket.

### What to Bring

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring drinking water, sun protection, an umbrella, and identification. Some locations may require shoes to be removed.
Opening hours, access and admission fees may change. The National Gallery’s permanent exhibition building is currently undergoing renovation, but Temporary Exhibition Halls 4 and 6 remain open. A stamp-collecting activity has not been confirmed, so we will ask staff at the meeting point.
