In this circle, we’ll explore the essence of what it really means for each of us to live with intention, with an emphasis on wellbeing and self-knowing. Forget about society's external pressures and judgments and connect with what is within you. This is a space where your changing sense of self is acknowledged and celebrated.
Led by Janet Fouts, a seasoned coach, and practitioner, this is a gathering for like-hearted people to sit together, share insights, and learn from each other.

Mind–Body Stress Reduction 8-Week In-Person Series

Stress doesn’t just live in the mind. It settles into the body, the breath, and our patterns of reactivity.
This in-person 8-week Mind–Body Stress Reduction series, held at A Healing Place Wellness Center in San Jose, offers a steady, supportive container to slow down and deepen your relationship with self-care. The series weaves together mindfulness, somatic awareness, gentle movement, and short meditation to help you recognize how stress shows up and respond with more steadiness and compassion.
This is not a drop-in class or a one-off workshop. It’s designed as a connected experience, with each week building on the last to support real integration. To maintain continuity and care for the group container,Register for the full 8-week series through Eventbrite.
