Many of us in the wellness community know how quickly stress can accumulate, even when we’re practicing, reflecting, and doing our best to care for ourselves. Stress doesn’t just live in the mind. It settles into the body, the breath, and our patterns of reactivity.
This in-person 8-week Mind–Body Stress Reduction series, held at A Healing Place Wellness Center in San Jose, offers a steady, supportive container to slow down and deepen your relationship with self-care. The series weaves together mindfulness, somatic awareness, gentle movement, and short meditation to help you recognize how stress shows up and respond with more steadiness and compassion.
