Join us in a welcoming space to explore awareness, meditation, wellbeing, resilience, and compassion in everyday life.
Each week, we choose one topic and look at it gently from a few angles. I offer a short reflection to frame the theme, we sit for a guided meditation that’s accessible to everyone, and then we open the room for conversation.
You don’t need any experience with meditation. You don’t need to know the “right” words. You’re welcome to speak, or just listen. Often the most meaningful part of these evenings is realizing you’re not the only one thinking what you’re thinking.

The practices we explore are small. I call them micro practices. They’re simple ways of paying attention that can shift how you move through a meeting, a difficult conversation, or a busy afternoon. Over time, those small shifts build clarity and resilience. They help you trust yourself a little more.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about learning to notice what’s already here and responding with a bit more steadiness and care.
