Virtual New Moon Meditation in the Himalayan Tradition Free session

Details
Namaste,
Join us for an hour of guided meditation.
Amavasya is a Sanskrit word which means new moon. The New Moon is when the Sun and Moon and Earth are all aligned; with the Sun and Earth on opposite sides of the Moon.
In the Vedic tradition, the new moon is an auspicious time to start fresh, set goals and release the past. It is the beginning of a new lunar cycle and the end of the previous phase. It's a time to reflect on the cyclical nature of life and how every beginning has also an end.
The new moon's darkness and lack of visibility can also serve as a reminder to embrace the unknown and embark on new journeys of growth and self discovery.
We invite you to sit with us during meditation in the comfort of your own home.
