Gatsby's Long Island

Although the original mansion that inspired F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby no longer stands, many of Long Island’s grand Gold Coast estates remain. Historian Monica Randall will present a colorful slide show based on her book Mansions of the Gold Coast, featuring rare photographs and a fascinating glimpse into iconic estates such as the Gatsby Mansion, the F.W. Woolworth Mansion, the Ferguson Castle, and many others.
