What we’re about
We focus on building “atomic habits”—small but powerful steps toward personal growth. For me, creating this group is an actionable way to bring people together, promote agency, and provide a welcoming environment as well as the structure where everyone can share their perspectives openly. Luxembourg’s multicultural setting offers an amazing opportunity to learn from one another’s diverse experiences. Each meeting has around ten participants—an open, informal gathering that welcomes new members but remains intimate enough to encourage honest, genuine discussions. We share strategies, stories, and resources for cultivating better habits—everything from morning routines to financial investments.
You might wonder why you’d need a group to build your own habits. I used to think the same—right up until the end of 2024. I realized I had been overestimating my ability to stay disciplined and handle everything on my own. After a series of repeated failures and some honest self-reflection, I discovered I not only wanted—but needed—meaningful connections. Therefore, I do this with the best intention in mind: to meet and learn from you! Welcome critiques on how to improve the events, your perspectives and suggestions matter!
Your journey is uniquely yours, but when we come together to collaborate, share and grow, we make our individual paths richer.
In order to foster a positive, respectful enviroment, please follow the following communication guidlines:
- No judgement of others paths; constructive feedbacks, and disagreements are welcomed as long as they are respectful.
- Respect Privacy: Please keep other's personal information private.
- Accountability matters. Space is limited, so please confirm attendance if you register, cancel if your plans change. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to join future events.
Let's grow together!

See all- Draw Your Clock Around Your Day; Habit Tracking #16Le Mirador, Luxembourg
Hello Everyone! I got super inspired about this project: superlocal
Not the price tag, but the idea: Build your clock around your day, instead of scheduling your day around a clock. So, I thought it would be fun to do this exercise together, where we sketch a 24-hour pie chart of how we spend our time each day. It's a helpful way to take inventory, and to make sure we're spending time on what we want. Although instead of a fancy expensive custom-made clock, I will print blank cards with a circle with intervals on them using thick paper (same as the habit cards I give you each time). On one side, we will draw a typical day of how we are spending our time and on the other side, we can draw how we would ideally like to spend our typical day. Afterwards, we can discuss it together. Then we can follow up with one round of habit tracking session.Agenda
- Introduction & Guidelines: Framing our shared space for openness and respect.
- Draw your day around the clock: draw the 24 hour pie chart of your typical day and ideal typical day.
- Progress & New Habits: Celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and exchange strategies.
- Open Socializing: Connect informally with Luxembourg’s growth-minded community.
Communication Guidelines
To foster a supportive environment:- No judgment: Critique ideas, not people. Constructive feedback is encouraged. Respect is the most important.
- Respect privacy: What’s shared here stays here.
- Accountability: Confirm or cancel your spot at least one day in advance. Multiple no-shows may restrict your eligibility for future events, and frequent last-minute cancellations will prioritize waitlisted participants.
Why Join?
This group began from a simple realization: discipline thrives in community, not isolation. After years of overestimating my own self-sufficiency, I created this space to learn from Luxembourg’s diverse voices—artists, engineers, parents, dreamers. Your perspective matters here.
Note: This event will be held in English.
