Draw Your Clock Around Your Day; Habit Tracking #16

Details
Hello Everyone! I got super inspired about this project: superlocal
Not the price tag, but the idea: Build your clock around your day, instead of scheduling your day around a clock. So, I thought it would be fun to do this exercise together, where we sketch a 24-hour pie chart of how we spend our time each day. It's a helpful way to take inventory, and to make sure we're spending time on what we want. Although instead of a fancy expensive custom-made clock, I will print blank cards with a circle with intervals on them using thick paper (same as the habit cards I give you each time). On one side, we will draw a typical day of how we are spending our time and on the other side, we can draw how we would ideally like to spend our typical day. Afterwards, we can discuss it together. Then we can follow up with one round of habit tracking session.
Agenda
- Introduction & Guidelines: Framing our shared space for openness and respect.
- Draw your day around the clock: draw the 24 hour pie chart of your typical day and ideal typical day.
- Progress & New Habits: Celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and exchange strategies.
- Open Socializing: Connect informally with Luxembourg’s growth-minded community.
Communication Guidelines
To foster a supportive environment:
- No judgment: Critique ideas, not people. Constructive feedback is encouraged. Respect is the most important.
- Respect privacy: What’s shared here stays here.
- Accountability: Confirm or cancel your spot at least one day in advance. Multiple no-shows may restrict your eligibility for future events, and frequent last-minute cancellations will prioritize waitlisted participants.
Why Join?
This group began from a simple realization: discipline thrives in community, not isolation. After years of overestimating my own self-sufficiency, I created this space to learn from Luxembourg’s diverse voices—artists, engineers, parents, dreamers. Your perspective matters here.
Note: This event will be held in English.
