Prose Mechanics - Session Three - Balance & Symmetry

Welcome to Prose Mechanics, a new and original course to improve the style of your prose and the power of your rhetoric.

In session four, we will examine balance in sentences and across sentences and how balance can be easily created in a wide variety of "syntactic slots", giving prose a natural rhythm.

Each workshop in this series uses a progressive series of intuitive exercises to illuminate key points, before we write, share, and discuss our own writing.
