This 6-week Zoom mindful movement and meditation series is a gentle but powerful reset for your nervous system—using bodywise movement and meditation to help you unwind from the stress of long days (or years).

We don’t just “hold” stress in our bodies—if we don’t move it out, it stays stuck.
