Welcome to Better Sleep Mindfulness!
Through the power of mindfulness, allied to scientific know-how, we re-discover refreshing sleep. Our bodies know how to sleep – and want to sleep. Using approaches I developed to cure my own insomnia, I show you how to re-awaken this innate wisdom, and to release the blocks that prevent nourishing sleep and rest.
I'm an author, teacher and practitioner of Mindfulness, Focusing, Compassionate Communication (NVC) and Somatic Experiencing trauma therapy. My unique approach includes mindful meditations focusing on sleep and sleepiness. We also explore ways to live healthily, clearing a space and setting the best conditions – with clean eating, exercise, and compassionate communication with oneself and others. Promoting a healthy environment, within and without, we give ourselves the best opportunity to rest and sleep well. Let's support each other on the journey. Let’s get sleepy together!
