Fall in love with sleep! Half an hour of guided sleep meditations to leave you feeling snuggly, sleepy, calm and serene!

It's easy to get frustrated, anxious or upset when we have a bad night. Yet these all-too-understandable feelings can disrupt our sleep. My approach is to connect with our 'sleep-self'. With gentle practice over time, we build a good relationship, befriending – even falling in love with – our sleep-self. This is the absolute bedrock (excuse the pun) for restful, nourishing sleep.

This event is repeated on Wednesday 13th MAR 20:30-21:00 BST
