Dodder Park Family Litter Clean-Up

Hello from the Litter Legends clean-up group!

It is a pleasure to announce our next meetup.. but first, a bit about us.
We are a forming group of parents with children who want to teach our kids that the environment is what we make it.

We found that educating kids to take care of the environment, among other things, contributes to their well-being and happiness, and to being more considerate towards others. And it's a lot of fun!

The Dodder Park has many beauties that get spoiled by careless behaviour, and it's a pleasure to do something about it.

We want to invite you to join us on Saturday, 23rd August, and experience it yourself. Anyone can come - it's not just for families, everyone is welcome!

We meet at 1pm at the Scientology Community Centre in Firhouse Road, Dublin 24 where I will have the t-shirts, pickers, gloves, bags (caps too if it's too sunny!) and off we go to the Dodder Park, which is a 5-minute walk from the centre. If you come by car you can park for free in the centre's carpark.

After the clean up, we will go back to the centre to return the gear, and we'll have some drinks and snacks to reward your hard work.
