Hi, I’m Qais—and I started Better Together MKE because I’ve been there. I’ve struggled with extra weight, tried different plans, met with nutritionists, and still found it hard to stay consistent. What I’ve really been missing is support—real people walking a similar path.

So, a week ago, I decided to restart my journey—and this time, I don’t want to do it alone.

This group is for anyone in Milwaukee who’s working toward better health, weight loss, or building healthy habits—at any stage, with any background. Whether you’re just starting or picking yourself back up, this is a place to feel motivated and supported.

What to expect:
• Supportive meetups like walks, coffee chats, or healthy hangouts
• Weekly check-ins and shared motivation
• A non-judgmental space for real progress
• All body types, fitness levels, and goals are welcome

No pressure. No perfection. Just people helping people—because we’re always Better Together.
