Helping the helpers. Everyday there are disasters. Everyday people are helping people. Often spontaneously. Coordination is hardly possible. The BETTERMAP project was set up to provide an overview. We collect "Points of Impact" (POI) to support aid workers to coordinate their activities and to increase their impact. Simple, fast, non-bureaucratic and free of cost, we support the coordination of local and international aid workers. We show who is where. A current disaster is Ebola. Currently there is no overview of all local and international aid workers in the field. Our goal is to show who is already in the field today. Join us mapping these points of impact.
