About us
This group is for people in Austin who are pretty self-aware, but still feel stuck doing things they know don’t actually help them.
You know your patterns.
You notice when you’re avoiding, overthinking, snapping, shutting down, or repeating the same cycles. However, even though you know better, changing it has been harder than expected. This isn’t a motivation group and it’s not therapy.
It’s a place to slow things down and understand why your brain keeps defaulting to the same responses, and how change actually works in real life.
We talk about things like:
• why certain emotional reactions feel automatic
• how your brain learned who you are and how you tend to respond
• why willpower usually isn’t enough
• how to pause instead of react
• how to make decisions when you’re overwhelmed
• how change happens gradually, not all at once
📍 We meet online every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. (CT) and the gatherings are free.
