Is Literary and Cultural Theory Dead?

• What we'll do
It has been too long. We need to reestablish the Beverly Literati and Culture Group.

We will gather at the Beverly Public Library (in the Sohier Room) for a discussion about literary and cultural theory. Some critics feel that theory is dead. I disagree. Read the article by Simon Nyi (link provided below). After our meeting, we will head to one of the nearby watering-holes for drinks and a bit to eat to continue the conversation and camaraderie.
