🚶‍♀️ 28-Day Walking Challenge — Let’s Move Together!
We’re now in Week 3 of our relaxed 28-Day Walking Challenge, and we’re excited to continue in our new group space!

Meetup isn’t ideal for tracking challenges, so we’ve been running this as a series of 7-day segments. The challenge started Monday, February 23rd, and our first check-in was Sunday, March 1st.

Let’s stay active and motivated together. The goal is simple — move your body a little each day and encourage one another along the way.

How it works

  • Walk anywhere — indoors or outdoors
  • Any amount of time counts (even 15 minutes!)
  • No competition — just consistency and support
  • Check in on Sundays in the Discussion tab
  • Share encouragement or inspiration anytime during the week
  • I’ll also post activities we can do together

“Week 3 — walked three days this week for about 20 minutes each time.”

This is a great way to stay active, build healthy habits, and stay connected with the group. Join us and let’s cheer each other on for 28 days — and beyond, as long as everyone keeps participating!
