What we’re about
Exploring unseen truths, together
Awakening to new perspectives can be exhilarating, but also isolating. Beyond Earth is a community for curious, open-minded, and spiritually conscious people to explore the nature of reality and the deeper questions of existence. Whether you’re sensing shifts within yourself, interested in metaphysical or cosmic mysteries, or simply curious about what lies beyond the ordinary, this is a place to share ideas, connect with fellow explorers, and grow together.
Our startup format will begin with posted discussion prompts that everyone can respond to, with the eventual goal of meeting in person for fun activities and conversation. No topic is too unconventional or “woo-woo,” but all members are expected to remain respectful of others’ perspectives and maintain an open, all-things-are-possible approach. Intentional insults or criticism may result in removal from the group.
Join us for an interpersonal exploration of existence!

Wonderland of Lights, + wine and cheese
39B Village Green, Rhinebeck, NY, USHey friends -
I've been slow to post a first event for the group since I was waiting for membership to ramp up a bit more, but I wan't to invite you to an event I posted with my other group, Spirit Hiking. I'm dyin' to talk with you about off-world ideas and truths about our existence, so I hope you'll stop by. Here are the details, verbatim:
Each holiday season the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck hosts a unique festive event called The Wonderland of Lights: a drive-through montage of illuminated sculptures with themed music at each station. It's bright, colorful, and fun!
My home is 1 mile from the fairgrounds and from 5 to 10 PM my doors will be open for a very casual wine and cheese tasting, plus a vat of my harvest soup: beef-based and vegetable-dense. You won't leave hungry. Plenty of restaurants in town also if that suits you better.
I'll have an array of cheeses and crackers to nibble, and wine to sip, and you're welcome to bring your own picks to share...or leave behind, but that isn't necessary.
The fairgrounds light show starts at 5, and ends at 9:30, so you can start the evening at my place, or end up there after. Or both.
Parking at my complex requires guests to park away from the buildings and toward the center green, so thanks for doing that. Once parked, just follow the lights to my back entrance at 39B.
Tickets for the light festival are $32 per car, up to 8 people, so you can put some on your roof if they don't fit inside. Here's a link for tickets: https://thewonderlandoflights.ticketspice.com/the-wonderland-of-lights-dutchess-county-fairgrounds
Just a heads-up that Meetup has again downgraded their site so the mapping feature isn't working right. My address is 39B Village Green Rhinbeck. If the Omega Institute at 150 Lake Drive appears on your map--like it does mine--ignore it. That's no where near where I live.
Hope to see you there!1 attendee
