# HAS YOUR LIFE ALREADY HAPPENED?

### Are We Living Our Future — or Simply Experiencing What Already Exists?

📅 Thursday, October 1, 2026

What if the future isn't something we're moving toward?
What if, in some sense, your entire life already exists — your birth, relationships, heartbreaks, unexpected encounters, successes, failures, turning points, and the person you eventually become?
And what if what we call “the present” is simply the part of that life our consciousness is experiencing right now?
We normally understand time as:
PAST → PRESENT → FUTURE
The past has happened.
The present is happening.
The future hasn't happened yet.
But what if that's simply how human beings experience time through our physical senses?
Albert Einstein famously wrote:
“The distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.”
Albert Einstein
This raises a fascinating possibility:

### What if our lives have, in some sense, already happened?

And if the future already exists, could that offer one philosophical way of thinking about why ancient systems such as astrology and Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) claim to map events, relationships, transitions and different periods of a person's life before they are physically experienced?
Perhaps, within these traditions, they aren't necessarily “predicting” something that hasn't happened.
Perhaps they are attempting to read a pattern that already exists.
Philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche explored another extraordinary relationship between life and time through his concept of eternal recurrence — the thought experiment that we might live our lives, every joy and every sorrow, again and again.
So this week, we're going deeper.
We'll explore questions such as:
• Does the past, present and future exist simultaneously?
• Is time itself real, or is our experience of time created by consciousness?
• If our future already exists, what happens to free will?
• Can destiny and personal choice exist at the same time?
• Why have civilizations across history developed astrology, divination and other systems designed to map human destiny?
• Could déjà vu, intuition and synchronicity tell us something about our perception of time?
• Are we creating our lives as we go — or experiencing a path that somehow already exists?
And perhaps the biggest question of the evening:

### Are you choosing your life — or discovering it?

You don't need to believe in astrology, Saju, destiny, reincarnation or any spiritual system to participate.
Believers, skeptics and everyone in between are welcome.
This discussion isn't about proving that one belief is correct.
It's about challenging one of the assumptions most of us rarely question:

### What if tomorrow already exists?
