Beyond the OR: A Support Group for Before & After Life-Changing Surgeries

*This group is a space for anyone aged 20-40 preparing for or recovering from a life-changing surgery—a place to feel seen, supported, understood, and less alone, no matter where you are in the journey. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, are still fresh out of surgery, or are several years out, there’s a place for you here.

Healing isn’t just physical; it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal. We’re here to be real about what we’re going through, connect with others who truly get it, and share the tools, stories, and insights that have helped us start to feel a little more like ourselves again.*

What to expect: An safe, open and friendly environment where you can meet people who can relate to your situation and help you feel less alone in what you're going through. This first meetup will be more open-ended and less structured.
