Beyond the OR: A Support Group for Before & After Life-Changing Surgeries

*This group is a space for anyone in their 20s, 30s or 40s who has had or is preparing for a life-changing surgery—a place to feel seen, supported, understood, and less alone, no matter where you are in the journey. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, are still fresh out of surgery, or are several years out, there’s a place for you here.

Healing isn’t just physical; it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal. We’re here to be real about what we’re going through, connect with others who truly get it, and share the tools, stories, and insights that have helped us start to feel a little more like ourselves again.*
