Have you ever known exactly what you “should” do, but still found yourself avoiding it, delaying it, overthinking it, sabotaging it, or returning to the same familiar pattern?

You are not imagining it.

Change is not always a simple matter of logic, discipline or willpower. Sometimes, the part of us that resists change is not trying to ruin our lives; it may be trying to protect us from discomfort, uncertainty, failure, rejection, visibility or emotional risk.

In this first Beyond Willpower session, we will explore why change can feel so difficult even when we genuinely want it.

We will look at:

  • why knowing better does not always mean doing differently
  • how subconscious patterns can shape habits and reactions
  • why self-sabotage may be self-protection in disguise
  • why part of us can resist the very change we consciously want
  • how to begin understanding what may be happening beneath the surface

This is a thoughtful, grounded conversation, not group therapy. We will not be doing hypnotherapy during the session, but we will explore how subconscious patterns can influence everyday choices, habits and emotional responses.

You do not need any prior experience with hypnotherapy, psychology or personal development. Just bring curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore why willpower alone is not always enough.

This session is for you if you have ever thought:

“I know what I need to do, so why am I not doing it?”
