Lean Government

Details
Blurb:
"Lean Government” is a key strategic goal for Washington State: it is changing the way every state agency has been reorganizing its business and IT functions to become more efficient and responsive. The Office of the CIO has been at the forefront of this, first by adopting Scrum as a methodology and and more recently reorganizing itself as a Holacracy.
Michael DeAngelo, Deputy CIO for the state, will provide an overview of how this transformation has taken place: how the idea of Lean Government has truly taken Washinton State to a place that’s “Beyond Agile”. Michael will provide a short presentation and there should be a lively Q&A afterwards.
