"Caitlin is a unique and special person and force in the agile space" - Kert Peterson, Calgary, AB, Canada
In this session, Dr. Caitlin Walker shares Clean Language Questions, a method of inquiry for making sense of our diverse patterns at work. Through coding in-the-moment and a handful of Clean Questions we can uncover our invisible architecture and share our metaphors for working at our best and at our worst. These approaches can be used to enhance retrospectives, create shared outcomes and build strong ati-fragile working alliances.
Key Takeaways:
- Clean Language helps individuals reflect on their experiences through metaphors.
- Asking non-directive questions leads to profound insights, fostering self-awareness and potential behavioral change.
- This method is applicable in diverse contexts, from conflict resolution to team building to organisational development.
