Architecture vs Reality — A Koolhaas Recipe

What happens when architecture meets night market logic?

In this session, we explore the ideas of
Form, Mass, and Support —
not through textbooks, but through something much more relatable:
a bowl of Taiwanese oden.

From Rem Koolhaas’s architectural thinking
to the streets of Shilin Night Market,
we’ll reinterpret space, structure, and composition
in a way that’s playful, visual, and slightly delicious.

This is not a lecture.
It’s a casual design conversation where:
• Architecture becomes edible 🍢
• Theory becomes intuitive
• And reality might taste better than theory

After the session,
we’ll walk together to the night market
for actual Taiwanese oden豬血糕 & 蘿蔔關東煮
because some ideas are best understood when eaten.
