In small groups(Success Tables) of up to 8 per facilitator, Beyond Success consists of
• 7 lessons that bring participants on a leadership, personal growth journey allowing an opportunity to share the Gospel
• With teaching from Dr John C Maxwell
• To learn & experience values related to success
• That results in a certificate of completion

Excellent instrument to share the Gospel as it is an indirect way of sharing the Gospel as you would be inviting participants to a leadership program from John Maxwell instead of a church program. Through the lessons and honest sharing in the small groups, rapport is built among the participants which opens up an opportunity to invite participants to come to faith in Christ.
