S2E2: Klaus Breyer: From Scrum to Shape Up - Grey Areas During Transit

Hey everyone,

We are excited to keep things moving and get the second meetup of season 2 on the way, just 3 weeks after our kickoff!

Our speaker will be Klaus Breyer, an independent CTO working with a fully-remote team on a progressive web app in the Industrial Internet-of-Things space. In his talk, Klaus will share how his team hacked its own Scrum process: The crew was cut in half, and each half was able to complete a Shape Up cycle parallel to an ongoing Scrum process.

In this session, we will learn about the team’s most significant short-term gains and positive moments, but also what challenges are still prevailing for a "traditional" Scrum setup after two completed cycles.
