Open Discussion - About How Do You Lead When You Feel Empty?
Hosted by Laura Jane Layton

This open discussion is a relaxed and supportive space for women in leadership roles to connect, reflect, and be real, without pressure or prep.

Our focus this month is leading while tired. Please come prepared to talk about and explore what it looks like to keep going when your energy feels low. Together we will share stories, challenges, and the practices that help us lead when our tanks are running close to empty.

The circle is guided by who shows up and what is on your heart. If other questions or themes arise, we will welcome them too. Each person’s perspective is valued, and we will stay with a question until the asker feels complete with the input shared by the group.

You do not need to have it all together to be here. Bring yourself, your voice, and your curiosity.

Bring your questions, your wisdom, your weariness, or just your presence. Whether you're navigating a career shift, silencing your inner bully, or simply craving a judgment-free conversation with like-minded women, this time is for you.

Why Attend:

  • Feel seen, heard, and supported
  • Share insights or challenges in a safe space
  • Connect with others who understand the unique pressure of leadership
  • Leave lighter, clearer, or just reminded that you’re not alone

Who It’s For:
Leaders, especially those juggling the appearance of “having it all together,” are quietly carrying a heavy load. If you're tired of pretending and ready to speak freely, you’re in the right place.
