This is the story of Genevieve Piturro’s leap off the corporate ladder to find her true calling. What started with a simple question from a little girl in a homeless shelter led her to create the nonprofit Pajama Program in 2001. Since then, Pajama Program has distributed more than eight million pairs of pajamas, launched 40 chapters across the United States, and built reading centers for children.
