BFF Inner Circle: Open Discussion for Growth and Empowerment
Hosted by Laura Jane LaytonThis open discussion is a relaxed and supportive space for women in leadership roles to connect, reflect, and be real, without pressure or prep.
Bring your questions, your wisdom, your weariness, or just your presence. Whether you're navigating a career shift, silencing your inner bully, or simply craving a judgment-free conversation with like-minded women, this time is for you.
There’s no set topic, just honest conversation guided by who shows up and what’s on your heart. Each participant is asked to bring a topic that supports self-love, empowerment, or helping busy women prioritize themselves. We’ll gather the topics and discuss them one at a time until the person who submitted the topic feels complete with the input shared by the group. We may not be able to cover everyone's topic, but each person’s perspective is important. Feel free to let your science and spiritual ideas flow as we dive into these empowering conversations.
You don’t need to have it all together to be here. Just bring yourself. Why Attend:
- Feel seen, heard, and supported
- Share insights or challenges in a safe space
- Connect with others who understand the unique pressure of leadership
- Leave lighter, clearer, or just reminded that you’re not alone

BFF Book Club: Comparisonitis by Melissa Ambrosini
Join us for the BFF Book Club in July as we explore Comparisonitis: A Guide to Finding Happiness in a Social Media World by Melissa Ambrosini.
This month’s book is a grounded invitation for the woman who’s tired of measuring her life against someone else’s highlight reel. Whether you find yourself second-guessing your path, craving clarity in a noisy world, or simply ready to release the pressure to “keep up”—this conversation is for you.
What to Expect:
• Honest reflections on what it means to live with intention
• Clear takeaways to bring purpose into your daily life
• Grounded conversation with a group of women who get it
• Space to explore what lights you up and what you’re ready to release
You don’t have to finish the book to join. Come as you are. Bring what stood out or just your willingness to show up for yourself.
This Month’s Themes Include:
• Noticing where comparison steals your energy
• Reclaiming your inner voice in a loud online world
• Cultivating confidence that isn’t crowd-sourced
• Rooting your worth in who you are—not what they post
