Kirby Ice House is "Texas-sized" for a reason. Here’s the lowdown:

• The Drinks: Over 50 beers on tap and a full cocktail menu.
• The Vibe: High energy and casual. It’s a massive indoor/outdoor setup, so dress comfortably for the Houston evening.
• The Food: While the bar doesn’t have a kitchen, there is almost always a top-tier food truck parked out front if you get hungry.
• Logistics & Parking: There is a dedicated lot, but it fills up fast on Friday nights. We highly recommend arriving early or using a rideshare service so you can enjoy your evening stress-free.

Kick off your weekend with some fresh air and great company! We’re heading to the Pearl Farmers Market this Saturday to support local growers, grab some breakfast, and explore the stalls.
We’ll start by meeting to get some coffee to walk around with. From there, we’ll do a lap of the market to check out the fresh produce and local meats.

We can grab breakfast tacos or tamales from the vendors, and for those needing a caffeine fix, we’ll head over to The Flour Girl or Pullman Market for some of the best coffee and pastries in the district.

This is a totally casual "walk and talk" event—perfect for meeting new people in San Antonio or just enjoying a Saturday morning at one of the city's coolest spots.

End your weekend with "Puro Sabor Latino!" We’re heading to Arjon’s International Club for a free salsa lesson and a night of authentic fun dancing and socalizing. If you've never been, this is the most "old-school" Latin vibe you’ll find in the city.

8:00 PM: Complimentary Salsa Lesson. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to brush up on their footwork before the band starts.
9:30 PM: The Live Orchestra Takes the Stage. This is when the energy really shifts! Get ready for high-volume live brass and heavy percussion.
Late Night: Social dancing continues until 2:00 AM with a mix of Salsa, Bachata, and Cumbia.
