We’re making it effortless, but real connection is a team effort! Here are a few "pro-tips" to help the magic happen:

• Keep it Moving: Instead of staying at one table the whole time, try to wander a bit. Once you’ve had a great chat with someone, feel free to move to a new spot and meet someone fresh!
• Be a Curious Friend: Genuine interest goes a long way. Ask questions, listen well, and help others feel welcome.
• Keep it Light: We’re here to build comfort. Avoid overly personal questions early on—let the conversation flow naturally so everyone feels at ease.
• Small Efforts, Big Results: If each of us makes a casual effort to reach out, we all make real progress in building a community.

• Where to find me: On the morning of the event, I’ll post in the group chat to let you know what I’m wearing so I’m easy to spot.

Parking situation:

• Parking at The Coffee Garden (located inside the Conservatory Galleria) is generally free and accessible via two main options:
  🚗 Primary Parking Options
• Front Lot: There is a free open-air lot directly in front of the building along West Alabama St. This is the most convenient option for a quick coffee run, though it can fill up during peak food hall hours.
• Rear Covered Garage: A large, multi-level free parking garage is located behind the venue with an entrance on S Rice Ave.
• Direct Access: The garage features a back entrance that leads directly into the Conservatory building.
• Pro Tip: This is often the best choice during rainy weather or when the front lot is at capacity.

Garage Availability Hours

While the front lot is usually available all day, the rear garage has specific hours for public/customer use to accommodate building residents or office staff:

• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Weekends: Open continuously from 5:00 PM Friday until 7:00 AM Monday.

💡 Tips for a Smooth Visit

• Early Arrivals: Since The Coffee Garden opens at 8:00 AM—three hours before the rest of the food hall vendors—the front lot is typically empty and very easy to park in during the early morning.
• Avoid Reserved Spots: Reviewers and the business owner note that you should be careful to avoid spaces clearly marked as "Reserved" to prevent towing.
• Alternative for The Galleria Mall: If you are planning to shop at the main Galleria Mall nearby, the Yellow Garage or Orange Garage are also free but require a 5–10 minute walk to the coffee shop
