What we’re about
Do you experience Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) such as hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (dermatillomania), or nail biting? These behaviors can be very isolating, but we are here to build a supportive community. Currently adults only, but please inquire if you are interested in a youth group.
For meeting times and location, please fill out the short form below and we will get back to you. Thanks!

Hi everyone,
We had the highest turnout last meeting. Four of us were in attendance! We started a mini series about spring cleaning, “decluttering” the mind, environment, and body. Last time, we discussed having a healthy mindset and decluttering any beliefs that did not serve us, but it seemed as though we were already putting in the work. None of us are perfect, but it makes my heart happy to see all of us loving and accepting ourselves and each other. This week, we will cover what it means to declutter our environment, including some BFRB hacks we can use to set ourselves up to thrive.
Participation is OPTIONAL, and you are welcome to just sit and listen for as many sessions as needed until you are ready to share. We just want to show you that you're not alone in this! As always, reach out with any questions or requests. Message me if you would like to be added to our group chat.
Much love,
Sarah Drews
