This is a friendly relaxed group open to all abilities, meeting every 4 weeks. One pose for the whole time.

Please do not RSVP to Meetup as this does not ensure a booking and may indicate session is full when it is not, all booking is via my website and that is where the actual waiting list is too, trishvisualarts.weebly.com.

With one pose for the duration of the session, a great opportunity to experiement with different materials. Draw the whole figure or focus on the head and shoulders.

I will provide individual guidance though please say if you prefer to work unhindered.

A variety of models who will dress in their own individual ways.

Please be Covid aware - sanitise hands, wear a mask when moving round the building, keep your distance and above all DO NOT COME IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU HAVE COVID.

Some people prefer their own materials at the moment but I will have drawing boards, paper and some materials available and feel free to bring an easel if you want to. I will not be providing drinks at the moment so please bring your own drinks/snacks.

Life Drawing - drawing from the human figure. Suitable for anyone from the absolute beginner through students and professionals. A tutored session with various activities however feel free to say if you just want to do your own thing for all or part of the session. The sessions are intended to be fun, varied, instructive and supportive and usually include warm ups and a longer pose. These are pay-as-you-go sessions so no need to commit to a term. Don't worry if there aren't many RSVPs as people know us from elsewhere and last month had a good number.

£12.50 a session .All materials are included but bring your own if you want to. Moordown sessions are run on the first Wednesday evening each month and the second and fourth Friday. There is a cafe on site

I am doing my best to keep things safe, with the window open, and people well spaced. I am asking people to sanitise hands, wear masks (especially when moving round and ideally when drawing) and recommending a lateral flow test beforehand. PLEASE DO NOT COME IF YOU SUSPECT YOU HAVE COVID - if you need to cancel before the class, let me know as soon as possible as it is likely I will have a waiting list. Do remember to keep at a distance during the breaks as well, not just when drawing.

The model will be lightly clothed eg a T shirt and leggings, and the activities will be similar to those in our normal Life Drawing groups. The session will include fast warm up poses, a long pose, and an activity which will be different each week, such as ways of measuring, using different materials, loosening up.
