Our gatherings include live mantra music (kirtan), guided meditation, vegetarian food, and thoughtful dialogue about happiness, purpose, and well-being.
It’s a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds — whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice.
The focus is connection, reflection, and shared experience in a relaxed community atmosphere.

An Ongoing Mantra & Kirtan Practice Series
Kirtan Lab is an ongoing, bi-monthly program that meets every other week, offering a participatory space to explore sacred sound through practice. Through live kirtan, mantra meditation, and call-and-response chanting, we engage sacred mantras from the Bhakti tradition in a warm, welcoming community.Thursdays (every other week)
