Mindfulness & Mantra Meditation Hour

The word mantra means "that which delivers the mind from material anxieties." For the last 35 years, I daily practice mantra chanting for at least 2 hours daily, focusing on the Maha Mantra. I can't imagine my life without this practice and I want to share it with you.
Join us as we unwind from the day, and re-align our consciousness for a peaceful evening, with a short mindfulness visualization, followed by mantra meditation.
Maha means “great” and mantra means “sacred chant for deliverance.”
Research has shown that the chanting of this specific mantra also potentially reduces stress, depression and anxieties.
It is explained in the vedic literature that the transcendental vibration established by the chanting of the Maha Mantra is the sublime method of reviving our original consciousness.
