Not your regular workout… this is fitness with full Bhangra energy!💥
Each session starts with a 15-minute high-intensity Bhangra warm-up designed to get your heart pumping, sweat flowing, and energy sky high. Then we move into a fun choreography session on beats where you’ll learn real Bhangra steps while getting a full-body workout without even realizing it. 🕺🏽🔥
And the best part? We end with freestyle vibes, good music, laughs, and full enjoyment with the group! 📸✨
We also click group pictures and record a final choreography video together so everyone leaves with memories, confidence, and amazing energy.
