Our 4th session is happening this coming Friday, June 05, and this time we’re bringing a different traditional vibe to the floor ✨
This session will feature Jhumar with mentor Rahul Rai 🪘
Jhumar is one of Punjab’s most graceful folk dance styles, known for its smooth flow, rhythm, and traditional feel 🌾
But don’t worry — we’re still keeping the heavy Bhangra warm-up and fitness energy fully alive 🔥💪
So expect a proper mix of:
