As we transition from Winter to Spring, passing through St. Patty’s Day on
the way, it’s a great time to focus on greens!
Spinach, chard, and cruciferous greens like kale, collards, and arugula are
among the most powerful foods for promoting good health.
Learn more about the health benefits of greens and creative ways to
prepare them in this whole food, plant-based (WFPB) cooking
demonstration.
Participants will receive samples, recipes, and handouts.

For the benefit of people with food allergies, please consider bringing a copy of the recipe or ingredient list.
If we have a large number of attendees, you may also want to bring a place setting so that we need not use disposables.
