As we transition from Winter to Spring, passing through St. Patty’s Day on
the way, it’s a great time to focus on greens!
Spinach, chard, and cruciferous greens like kale, collards, and arugula are
among the most powerful foods for promoting good health.
Learn more about the health benefits of greens and creative ways to
prepare them in this whole food, plant-based (WFPB) cooking
demonstration.
