Welcome, Big Beautiful Humans Group! Thanks for stopping by to see if this group might be for you. The heart behind creating this space is simple: connection, joy, and belonging. This group is for all of us, especially humans in larger bodies, who want a safe, supportive, and affirming community where we can show up exactly as we are and feel truly welcomed. Friends and allies are warmly welcome, too!
We know that putting yourself out there can feel awkward, intimidating, or just plain uncomfortable. Meeting new people as adults isn’t always easy, but we invite you to lean into that little bit of discomfort and give yourself a chance! You just might discover new friendships and genuine connection waiting for you. Our focus is on fun and inclusive activities across Pierce County, Thurston County, and sometimes King County too. From gentle adventures to exploring local gems, we’ll create opportunities to laugh, try new things, and share experiences together.
This is a no judgment zone this includes: no body shaming, no diet talk, no side-eye for how you move. We’re here for the memories, the friendships, random activities and the joy. Your body is not a problem to be solved; it’s your passport to the fun we’re about to have.
