    Description:
Welcome to the weekly AI Deep Dive Webinar Series. Join us for deep dive tech talks on AI, hands-on experiences on code labs, workshops, and networking with speakers & fellow developers from all over the world.

Join Vectorize to learn how to leverage agent memory system to create production-ready AI agents that learn over time.

Tech Talk: RAG is Dead. Long Live Agent Memory
    Speaker: Chris Latimer (Vectorize)
Abstract: RAG solved a problem: how to ground LLMs in in external knowledge. This was useful for basic chatbots. But in a world where we want autonomous agents to solve business problems, RAG fundamentally doesn't fit.
Agent memory systems are emerging as the new standard in AI architectures to solve problems like inconsistency, context rot, and hallucinations.
In this talk, we'll identify the root causes of these problems and explain how agent memory allows you to build robust, accurate agents that learn over time. We'll do a deep dive into Hindsight, an open source agent memory system that achieves state of the accuracy on benchmarks and in production. We'll see how Hindsight uses biomimetic data structures to produce agent memory that works more like human memory - and how you can use these capabilities to deliver agents you can trust in production.

Important: register on the event website is REQUIRED for admission (RSVP on meetup is turn off)

    Description:
Join Teradata and AWS for an immersive, hands on workshop learning how to build and deploy agentic AI workflows for an end-to-end customer feedback solution powered by agentic AI and MCP.

Financial Services organizations face a significant challenge in enhancing customer experience. Financial products are highly complex and subject to intense regulation, making the resolution process manual and resource-intensive, with human support agents working around the clock. Agentic AI has the potential to exponentially scale human efforts, reducing time and resource expenditure.

Through this interactive, instructors-led workshop, we'll be working together to build and deploy intelligent agents that improve customer complaint resolution by leveraging Teradata’s Enterprise MCP Server and Vector Store with AWS Bedrock AgentCore.

    What you will learn:

    • • Key Agentic AI components of Teradata: Enterprise MCP Server and Vector Store
    • • AWS Bedrock AgentCore to build Agentic workflows
    • • The upcoming AI products and frameworks
    • • Build an effective Agentic workflow from start to finish in the hands-on labs

    Who Should Attend:
This hands-on workshop is designed for Developer, Data Scientist, System Architect, IT Manager, and Technical Decision Maker.

    Agenda:

    • 12:00pm~1:00pm: Welcome Reception (Lunch Provided)
    • 1:00pm~1:30pm: TD Intro & Workshop Kickoff
    • 1:30pm~2:00pm: Tech talk: AWS Partnership, Better Together & Technology
    • 2:00pm~2:15pm: break
    • 2:15pm~3:45pm: Hands-on code labs
    • 3:45pm~4:00pm: Close - Workshop Summary and Call to Action
