How can municipalities create and maintain innovation ecosystems comprised of maker spaces, private sector organizations, and universities, while adopting private sector practices to public sector challenges?

How can we increase the level of transparency and directness among municipal actors and prepare them for the difficult challenges at hand?

How can the efficiency of agile remote teams "war room style" be maintained and replicated without the stress?
In the wake of this crisis, how can we keep connected to the momentum of paradigm shift and change for the better?
